First of all, Cristy and I want to thank you for your assistance in finding a perfect home for us. You have been incredibly patient, persistent, and focused. We’ve really enjoyed working with you from the beginning to the end. We know it was NOT a smooth sailing process, but you made everything work.
What we really enjoyed about your work is the way you present the information to us. You were very objective and not afraid to point out every detail about the house. You provided the information to us whether good or bad and let us made a decision on our own. You were not aggressive, but assertive. We really appreciated your candidness as well.
In addition, you really treated us as if we were a part of your family. For a first time homebuyer, you explained everything very well and your experience and knowledge about the business really helped. Also, thank you for providing us great people to work with. You provided us with your contacts that not only are reliable, but also treated us as if we were their number one customer.
Words cannot express how happy Cristy and I are with our new house. We will definitely take care of this house and one day definitely will call it our home. Cristy and I would like to invite you and Kim for dinner one day once we are settled.
