I wanted to Thank you for the Ecard!
I’m happy to say I closed escrow on my refinance last week and I got a (4.625) interest rate with no closing cost. My house has increased in value,
not many people could say that right now. A 30% gain on there home
that they bought two years ago.
Thank God I LOVE my home... And thank you for helping me find the perfect home!!! Take care.

Steve, I have nothing but faith that after all I've been through, God's will will eventually be done. It has been a stressful battle; but I do see the end finally. I thank God for bringing you into my sister's life; because without that, I would NOT have had you in mine. You have been a blessing in so many ways you don't even know. First of all, Cristy and I want to thank you for your assistance in finding a perfect home for us. You have been incredibly patient, persistent, and focused. We’ve really enjoyed working with you from the beginning to the end. We know it was NOT a smooth sailing process, but you made everything work.
What we really enjoyed about your work is the way you present the information to us. You were very objective and not afraid to point out every detail about the house. You provided the information to us whether good or bad and let us made a decision on our own. You were not aggressive, but assertive. We really appreciated your candidness as well.
In addition, you really treated us as if we were a part of your family. For a first time homebuyer, you explained everything very well and your experience and knowledge about the business really helped. Also, thank you for providing us great people to work with.
